WebSome beast tribes will get unlocked once their main conflict is over. ARR beast tribe was reaching Garuda when they were unlocked. HW, SB, and ShB all required beating their primal/zone to be unlocked. The only difference in EW is the main conflict for all beast tribes is the same for all of us, and beating the MSQ was the way to end the conflict.
